Truthfully, this is more of a photoset than an actual travel post. But I had been wanting to go to Sunset Cliffs for almost a year at this point, so here we are. Last weekend, I drove down to LA to visit my college friends. Conveniently enough, my best friends from high school were visiting at the same time, so we set aside a day to spend together amidst the chaos of reunions, vacations, etc. Reuniting in San Diego, we spent our sunlight at the mall (duh) and caught up with each other. There’s something about these girls; I feel like I have known them my entire life. We always are able to pick up exactly where we left off and nothing ever feels like time lost.
Most times I go out with my friends, I usually take candids of our day. When we arrived at the cliffs, the setting was perfect and I got that itch to shoot portraits. I had not shot in such a long time at this point, and my friends are always my favorite models. Sunset was stunning as expected and the entire experience was 10/10. I’ll be home dreaming of this weekend for a long time, but here’s the photo diary from this spectacular day.
